Lee,

This is a fabulous article. Great perceptiveness, content and the functionality of community from the reflective perspective of what a Team Strategist and Coach Wizard can exploit from a player who understood his abilities and role as a member of the group and team unit.

Excellent job.

I'm looking forward to writing and writing forward through my perspective on the Lee Watts Report (tm), World Athletica Magazine, World Athletica TV and on/with my personal/digital publications.

Great Job.

My take is that good ole H2O is the best way for most athletes to hydrate. Enhanced sports drinks may be appropriate to replace electrolytes lost in sweat during intense exercise or to supply carbohydrates when physical endurance lasts longer than an hour. Otherwise, the sugar (carbohydrate) content of a number of brands is too high. If flavor helps you hydrate, then select sports drinks or flavored waters that are lower in sugar content. You can also make your own.
